Shiv-Vani has the ability to conduct high quality 2D and 3D seismic surveys on land (including logistically difficult areas and hilly tracts), transition zones and in deserts.
For surveys on land and in transition zones, Shiv-Vani is equipped with conventional cabled system or cable-less nodal system in a mixed sources (explosive, airgun, vibrators) and mixed receivers (geophone strings, marsh phone strings, hydrophones, nodes) environment providing great flexibility to overcome any logistics challenges. For cabled system, Shiv-Vani can provide either SERCEL 428XL or ARAM. For logistically difficult areas and transition zones, requiring nodes, Shiv-Vani shall provide SERCEL 428XL with proven UNITE technology.
For surveys in deserts, Shiv-Vani shall provide Schlumberger-WesternGeco’s UNIQ technology for very high quality, high resolution and wide azimuth seismic.
Shiv-Vani has international tie-ups in the form of technology tie-ups for providing survey planning & designing, data processing and data interpretation facilities of international standards.

Seismic Data acquisition and shot hole drilling
Shiv-Vani has nearly two decades of expertise in shot-hole drilling which is the key activity necessary for acquisition of seismic data using explosives. The company has 35 shot-hole drilling rigs that include truck-mounted, heli-mounted and portable rigs to carry out intricate operations in terrains ranging from mountains to marshlands and dense forests.
